Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen medical emergencies or clinic operational requirements.

All fees for services, consultations, and treatments are due at the time of service unless alternative billing arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept various forms of payment and cooperate with selected insurance providers. Patients are ultimately responsible for settling any outstanding balances not covered by their insurance.

5. Patient Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and healing environment for everyone. We expect all patients and visitors to treat our staff and other patients with courtesy. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Euromedical Clinic strives to provide the highest standard of care, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
